Weddings & Receptions

Thank you for inquiring about our facilities for your upcoming wedding. Our staff is both friendly and attentive and we appreciate the opportunity to work with you on making this a most enjoyable event.

Space Rental Fees

  • All space rental fees include tables and chairs, white or black table linens (additional linen colors available for a fee), napkins of assorted colors, banquet tables with linens and skirts in white or black, no host bar and bartender for 6 hours, on site parking, use of space from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, 2 golf carts and 1 staff member to guide bride and groom to photo locations (45 minutes).

  • Pavilion

    Reception only: $3,750
    Wedding and reception: $4,750

    Includes use of wedding arch, setup and takedown of white folding ceremony chairs, use of designated spaces for bridal party preparation and 1 hour of rehearsal time during the week of your wedding. Any contracted food or beverage purchases will offset the space rental fee up to $1,000.

  • Main Building

    Reception only: $2,150
    Wedding and reception: $2,700

    Includes setup and takedown of white folding ceremony chairs, use of designated spaces for bridal party preparation and 1 hour of rehearsal time during the week of your wedding. Any contracted food or beverage purchase will offset the space rental fee up to $950.

Deposits

  • Pavilion $875 (nonrefundable)

    Main building: $500 (nonrefundable)

    Security deposit: $500 (refundable if no damage to the facility is found after your event)

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit due on reservation.

    Menu choice and 50% of estimated bill is due 30 days prior to the event.

    A final count of guest attendance and 100% of estimated bill is due 14 days prior to the event.

    A final reconciliation of the bill will be done at the close of your event.

Food and Beverage Policies

  • Menus and prices are guaranteed 90 days out.

    Final menu choices must be specified 30 days prior to event.

    Final number of guests attending must be submitted 14 days prior to event. You will be billed for the amount of guests guaranteed or the actual amount attending; whichever is greater.

    All food and beverage charges are subject to a 22% service charge.

    We reserve the right to serve banquets of 25 guests or less plated.

    Buffets are served for a maximum of 1 hour.
    Only food and beverage provided by Mountain View Restaurant and Lounge is allowed on the premises. Exceptions to this policy are wedding cakes prepared by a licensed bakery, or in the case of a space rental only, food prepared by an approved and licensed caterer.

    The only food allowed to be removed from the premise is food from the A La Carte menu, wedding cake prepared by a licensed bakery or, in the case of a space rental, food prepared by an approved licensed caterer.

Other Amenities

  • Bar/Bartender: Additional time $35 per hour

    Corkage: $10 per 750 ml bottle

    Cornhole game: $30

    Cake cutting service: $1.50 per person (includes dessert dishes, forks and napkins)

    Podium: no charge

    22% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
